Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 5bd online gaming platform, including the website located at https://5bd.games, all associated mobile browser interfaces, and any related services provided by 5bd (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. 5bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on the 5bd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement with no exceptions.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by 5bd for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the 5bd Platform or any associated programme.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across those accounts and permanent suspension of access. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, you must notify 5bd support immediately at [email protected].

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. 5bd may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by 5bd may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

Account Security and Responsibility

Your obligations in keeping your account secure

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

• You must notify 5bd immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• You must not allow any other person, including family members, to use your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all financial transactions made from your account, including deposits and withdrawals.
• 5bd recommends that you use a unique, strong password and enable any available two-factor authentication options.
• 5bd reserves the right to lock an account temporarily if unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending a security review.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

How funds are added to and removed from your 5bd account

5bd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) through a range of locally relevant payment methods. The following payment channels are currently supported on the Platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Players are encouraged to review the Payments page within their account dashboard for current limits applicable to their account tier.

Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts using mobile financial services. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) banking business days. 5bd does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees. You are solely responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. 5bd reserves the right to return any deposit suspected to originate from a third-party account and to suspend the relevant player account pending investigation. Winnings generated from a third-party deposit may be forfeited entirely.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

5bd offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional bonus-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict, the bonus-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds may be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met.
• 5bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a player's account if it was awarded in error or obtained through fraudulent activity.
• Players may only claim a welcome bonus once. Creating additional accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Certain games may contribute at a lower rate (or zero rate) towards wagering requirements. The contribution rates will be listed in the applicable offer terms.
• 5bd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are gambling for entertainment purposes with funds you can afford to lose. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5bd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

• 5bd's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 5bd is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has not taken reasonable security precautions.
• 5bd is not liable for any losses resulting from the Player's reliance on inaccurate statistics, odds data, or match information displayed on the Platform. Live odds and data feeds are provided in good faith but may be subject to delays or errors.
• 5bd is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by third-party payment providers, including delays in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 5bd's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of content and materials on the Platform

All content on the 5bd Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 5bd or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without the prior written consent of 5bd.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

How legal disputes involving 5bd are resolved

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 5bd holds its international operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 5bd, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction specified by 5bd's operating licence terms.

Section 11

Account Suspension and Termination

When and why 5bd may suspend or close your account

5bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct rules set out in Section 6.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested by 5bd.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or use of automated software.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider that 5bd determines to be fraudulent or unjustified.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, subject to the dormant account policy communicated to Players via email.

Upon termination for cause, 5bd may forfeit any remaining balance in your account where that balance is reasonably connected to the breach that led to termination. Where termination is not for cause — for example, where you voluntarily close your account — any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

Changes to These Terms

How 5bd communicates updates to its Terms and Conditions

5bd may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 5bd will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date and, where reasonably practicable, will notify active Players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, your only recourse is to cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with the termination procedure described in Section 11.
